Masoud Al-Rawahi

Masoud Al-Rawahi is a co-founder and Partner at Phaze Ventures and the founder and CEO of PhazeRo. He advises corporate leaders on emerging technologies and business models and has led large-scale consulting projects in the technology and innovation space. He also helps corporates define technology-first strategies, test their innovation hypotheses and scale successful solutions through commercial deals and investments.

Apart from his core duties, Masoud contributes to the development of the digital landscape in Oman. He is an active committee member of the UK-Oman Digital Hub (UKODH), a British Embassy Muscat initiative aimed at expanding Oman's digital proficiency. Additionally, he lends his expertise as an advisory board member to the German University of Technology in Oman and the Sultan Qaboos University College of Science.

Before co-founding Phaze Ventures, Masoud spent five years as an IM&T Solution Architect at Petroleum Development Oman. During this period, he executed significant innovation solutions across the U.S. and Oman. Masoud holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Toronto.
