Frank Meehan

Frank is Chief Product Officer at OpenESG.com - the world’s sustainability data infrastructure. Co-founder at BraveNew.Earth - the venture studio and agency for climate companies.  Co-founder at SparkLabs Cultiv8 - Climate, Food and Agricultural investors with 40+ companies.

Previously Frank was the co-founder and CEO of Equilibrium.ai, a leading carbon/ESG data software platform, founded in 2019 and acquired in 2021 by FiscalNote.com. He then lead the global ESG business for FiscalNote, which went IPO on the NYSE in 2022.

He is also a co-founder and partner at SparkLabs Ventures Group, and early stage investor with over 400 companies across Asia and the US, headquartered in Seoul, Korea.

Prior to that Frank was at Horizons Ventures, where he represented Horizons on the boards of Spotify, Siri, Affectiva and was at Hutchison Whampoa where he was the MD for the global mobile devices and products unit at Three.
