Lilian is a sustainability expert and strategist passionate about creating profitable and desirable solutions for companies to improve human and environmental wellbeing.

Lilian currently leads sustainability at Braze. Previously at Futerra New York, she helped some of the world’s most influential companies such as Google, Estee Lauder Companies and DiDi to drive positive change.

She brings a diverse and global perspective to her work, having previously worked at the United Nations Global Compact, with NGO Redress in China, Social Accountability International in Brazil, as well as co-founding the sustainable fashion e-commerce marketplace Fauna in Brazil.
Lilian has been listed as Greenbiz 30 Under 30, Grist50 and has been invited to speak at the UN, Harvard University, The New York Times, Rainforest Alliance, UK Royal Society of Arts, Columbia University, and more.
