Hannah Phang is a leading expert in sustainability communications, systems thinking, and human-centered design. Hannah is currently the Co-Founder of The Now Work, the flexible talent platform for sustainability that connects world-changing people with world-changing work. Hannah is also the Managing Director of RAIN, a wellbeing brand with products for both body and mind that supports an optimised way of living enabled by functional plants and mushrooms.

Previously, Hannah has served as the CMO of Endless Wardrobe, a rental and resale start-up in the UK, as Head of Marketing and Advocacy of Futerra, the sustainability strategy and communications agency, and on the Steering Committee of the UN Fashion Charter for Climate Action. Hannah has worked with both start-ups and global corporates including Tommy Hilfiger and Google on launching and promoting their sustainable products and initiatives as well as developing the human-centric design processes for Capital One and Pfizer.
